    AIM-Recyclage recherche un(e) commis(aux) transports et balance.

    Détails du poste

    • Effectuer l'ouverture et la fermeture des activités quotidiennes;
    • Accueillir les clients avec courtoisie en suivant nos procédures et exigences ;
    • Diriger les clients sur le site;
    • Répondre aux appels téléphoniques et les rediriger au besoin;
    • Informier les clients du prix des métaux en vigueur;
    • Pesar le matériel;
    • Effectuer les bons de livraison dans le logiciel;
    • Payer les clients;
    • Préparer les papiers d'expédition;
    • Assurer le suivi des expéditions de matériaux;
    • Balancer la caisse à la fin de la journée;
    • Communiquer avec le receveur les informations pertinentes,
    • S'occuper de la répartition des camions;
    • Effectuer des rapports;
    • Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes.

    Compétences requises

    • Deux (2) à trois (3) ans d'expérience dans le service à la clientèle;
    • Excellente maîtrise des outils MS Office (Excel, Word) ;
    • Expérience dans l'industrie du transport (un atout majeur).
