Responsibilities:

IT system upgrades and projects implemented under the direction of senior technicians.
Assembling, maintaining, and configuring hardware and software components

Responsibilities:

Provide IT support to endusers, troubleshooting hardware and software issues
Set up and configure desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
Install and maintain computer hardware and peripherals
Respond to help desk tickets and provide timely resolution to technical issues
Assist with computer networking tasks, including setting up VPN connections
Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and problemsolving
Document IT procedures and maintain knowledge base for future reference
Utilize ServiceNow or similar ticketing system to track and manage IT requests

Qualifications:

Proven experience in IT support or desktop support role
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical users
Knowledge of computer networking principles and protocols
Familiarity with common operating systems such as Windows, MacOS, and Linux
Proficiency in troubleshooting computer hardware and software issues
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail
