What will you do?

As a Bilingual Reservation Agent, you will be communicating directly with the public to assist with reservations and answering a variety of related questions.

We provide excellent training and resources to support your success and a flexible and fun environment.

What you bring to the table:

Professional oral and written language skills in both English and French
You are friendly and good a good listener.
You exercise patience as you understand the customer's needs and assist them.
You are always tactful and pleasant.
A knack for computers and learning new software.
Ability to think on your feet and communicate concisely.
You are empathetic as you help address customer concerns and assist them with their needs.
1 year of experience providing customer service to the public.
Call center experience is helpful but not required.

Our hours of operation are 7 AM 11 PM, 7 days a week
After training is complete you can expect to be scheduled 2035 hrs/week, parttime hours also available.
