We are currently hiring a Parts Advisor to join our growing team

POSITION SUMMARY
Reporting to the Parts Manager, this role is responsible for answering and processing incoming parts calls and for department contact with customers, service technicians, and parts van personnel. The Parts Customer Care representative processes parts orders through the parts system.
- Handles all aspects of customer enquiries and orders, on the telephone and at the order desk.
- Prepares quotes for customers and technicians.
- Source parts for resale to customers.
- Ensures all invoices have branch coding and Management approval.
- Handles requests/complaints from suppliers, customers, and technicians for follow up to ascertain reason and delay.
- General warehouse duties and responsibilities as required.

- High school diploma
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to multi-task
- Able to work under pressure
- Demonstrate customer relations ability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required
- Demonstrate problem solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Detail oriented
- Motivation and team spirit, must be able to work extremely well within a team
- A safety focused; self-starter who takes pride in a job well done
- Computer literate with Microsoft products
- Experience with parts, order counters but would be considered an asset
