    Job title: Store Team Leader

    Store Team Leader Position


    This is a leadership role where you will assist in opening and closing the store, lead the team to achieve sales goals while providing excellent customer service. You are responsible for all aspects of the store during your shift which includes accountability for personal productivity results as well as ensuring that the highest level of customer satisfaction is met.



    Duties:



    • Assist Store Management with Company objectives and initiatives

    • Meet or exceed both personal and store sales targets daily, weekly and year-to-date

    • Achieve key performance indicators for self/department

    • Sell product knowledge effectively through coaching Associates

    • Promote Campaign Goals by using brand values
