The opportunity

As a Manager, Supply Chain Projects at Wild Fork Canada, you will be accountable for supporting supply chain projects, with the specified level of quality for the project sponsor, on time and within budget and scope.

You will work cross functionally with our marketing and product teams to ensure smooth flow of different products & projects from ideation to in-store and online on the website.


What you will do

  • Support demand planning/replenishment activities with forecasting team
  • Escalate issues promptly and provide solutions to variances to scope, time, or budget.
  • Supporting New Product Introduction and tracking.
  • Coordination of marketing campaigns across cross functional groups
  • Provide a high level of relationship management, resolving conflicts and enabling discussions amongst stakeholders, management, coworkers, and team members with varied interests
  • Prepare and deliver Executive Level reporting; facilitate workshops; handle complex questions from varied audiences
  • Support supplier onboarding with label testing and cross functional coordination
  • Prepare status reports and write clear, concise communications related to complex and/or sensitive issues.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects and new product introduction.
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reporting.

What you bring:


  • University Degree or equivalent in Business Administration or Engineering
  • Operational experience in supply chain and/or manufacturing
  • Minimum of 35 years' experience in managing projects
  • PM competencies: budget and timeline management, scope management, risk management, timely decisionmaking, effective team building, ability to prioritize and delegate appropriately and deal with changing priorities
  • Excellent people management and collaboration skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Previous work experience in Food, Retail or start up is an asset.
