    JOB OVERVIEW

    Ontario Power Generation (OPG) is looking for a strategic leader to join our Brand Management group in the position of Senior Manager, Corporate Service Responsibility (CSR).

    Reporting to the Director, Brand Management, the Senior Manager, Corporate Service Responsibility (CSR) will be responsible for managing and implementing comprehensive CSR strategies, programs, and initiatives that align with OPG's values, engage key stakeholders, partners, Indigenous Nations and communities, and employees, and that contribute to the overall sustainability and ESG goals of the organization. Managing and coordinating a cross-functional team of CSR and Community Relations professionals, the Senior Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive employee fundraising, volunteering, and engagement strategies as well as measurement and reporting strategies to meet all corporate reporting obligations and to ensure all corporate commitments are met and/or exceeded.

    KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

    • Lead the development and execution of the company's CSR strategy (The Power for Change Project), aligning it with business objectives and industry best practices.
    • Identify emerging trends and opportunities in CSR, ensuring the organization remains at the forefront of social and environmental responsibility.
    • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders and rightsholders, including employees, NGOs, community partners, and Indigenous Nations and communities.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CSR principles into various business functions.
