Our ProductsToday, satellite imagery is expensive and difficult for customers to access and manage. SkyWatch addresses these challenges through a multi-product strategy focused on both the supply and demand sides of the ecosystem.-
TerraStream, a data infrastructure SaaS product that provides satellite operators with an integrated data storage, cataloging, ordering, processing, and delivery solution, allowing them to serve customers faster, with less operational and financial risk


About the Role
This role reports to our Director of Customer Success & Support.

You'll work alongside the Support, Success & Solutions team as the first line of enablement for customers across SkyWatch's ecosystem.

This role is focused on ensuring a world-class customer experience, merging technical and business requirements to ultimately help customers build amazing products with earth observation data.

Our customer base spans developer and enterprise customers, including seed stage start-ups, non-profit organizations and Fortune 50 companies.

This role is highly collaborative in nature and works across product, engineering and sales, to ensure the successful execution of customer projects using earth observation data.

About You

  • You put the customer first, and will do whatever it takes to deliver an extraordinary customer experience

  • You're an expert collaborator and can support and influence crossdepartmental teammates to generate customer solutions which also drive team and personal metrics
  • You are able to act independently you prioritize and have the intuition to work on the most valuable tasks for the SkyWatch customer base
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset and feel a sense of ownership with respect to the SkyWatch customer experience
  • You have immense empathy for customers, which drives results in supporting them as they build products using the EarthCache system
  • You recognize patterns and trends in how products are utilized by customers, and are able to identify where similarities exist


  • Your Technical Strengths

  • You have experience working with remote sensing data and associated softwares (ArcGIS, QGIS etc.)
  • You possess expert level communication skills which can be altered and adjusted based on the audience in front of you
  • You have a proven ability to build productive and trusting business relationships and you have a strong openness to feedback
  • You are proficient with internal systems such as Salesforce, the Gsuite of products etc.
  • You possess excellent written skills allowing you to communicate succinctly and proficiently to various internal and external stakeholders
  • You are self driven, with strong time management and organizational skills.
