About the role
We are looking for a hands-on multi-talented Maintenance Technician to join our team at Prokey.

You will be reporting to the Site Manager and working together with different teams to assure our residents get the best experience in our properties at Downtown Calgary.

What you'll be doing

Building relationships with residents
Maintaining the property aesthetic both indoors and outdoors
Assisting in operation and checks of building mechanical systems
Performing basic maintenance and repairs as needed
Completing touchups as needed
Building and maintaining relationships with contractors

What we're looking for

Grade 12 Diploma
Previous experience in performing basic maintenance and repairs (plumbing and electrical are an asset)
5th Class Power Engineering Certification and/or Building Operator Certificate
Landscaping experience is an asset
Valid driver's license is required
Ability to lift heavy items up to 50 lbs
Knowledge of Workplace Hazardous Material Information Systems (WHMIS) is an asset
A strong desire to learn new skills
Ability to prioritize multiple demands and effective time management skills
Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
Ability to work in varied climates and conditions

$25.00-$30.00 per hour
