What you've done:


  • 5+ years of technical communication writing and editing.
  • Ability to interface with technology SMEs and transpose technical terminology into a consumable format in layman's terms.
  • Worked with either Enterprise Infrastructure or Software Security best practices, preferably in a Financial Services company.
  • Used the Microsoft Office Suite extensively.

What you will do:


  • Lead meetings to asses communication requests
  • Put together internal global communication as well as engaging enduserfacing technology support resources.
  • Engage key stakeholders to obtain communication requirements.
  • Adhere to the Firm's uniform writing style guide
  • Strong interpersonal skills like being a team player and effective collaborator with many different types of audiences.
  • Independent problemsolving and selfdirecting abilities.
  • Selfdriven and flexible with high motivation.
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects.
  • Ability to practice tolerance and professionalism in times of high stress.
  • Strong presentation and writing skills.

It would be awesome if you have:

  • Experience with Website-creation platforms such as Jive or WordPress, SharePoint, Adobe InDesign, and Photoshop/Illustrator
