    Overview:

    To contribute to the efficient operation of the Produce Department, ensuring customers receive top-notch service, quality, and a wide selection of produce, while maximizing sales and profits through innovative product presentations.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Provide exceptional customer service in a friendly and courteous manner to uphold our reputation for personalized experiences.
    • Assist in creating effective planograms.
    • Support daily produce orders based on product movement and upcoming promotions as directed by the produce manager.
    • Receive and review all produce orders and invoices.
    • Contribute to inventory management and pricing adjustments for produce items.
    • Help oversee and guide staff members.
    • Ensure proper rotation and stocking of tables and counters, maintaining produce quality.
    • Uphold department cleanliness, safety, and overall maintenance in line with Company standards.
    • Perform other assigned duties as needed.

    The Ideal Candidate Would Possess:

    • Outstanding customer service skills.
    • At least 3 years of experience in a retail produce setting, with knowledge of salad bar, bulk, and garden center operations.
    • Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
