As we continue to lean into our next phase, we are looking for a talented and experienced Account Manager
based out of Toronto to join our team.


The Role


Are you passionate about the ever-evolving world of digital marketing? Do you have a strong understanding of paid media and SEO strategies? If so, we'd love to hear from you Ideally, you have a deep understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) strategies, along with the ability to manage and optimize client accounts effectively.

As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing paid media and SEO campaigns, driving measurable results for our diverse portfolio of clients, and fostering strong client relationships.

Reporting to the Account Director, this role will assist with project planning, scope management, budget management, attending client meetings and ensuring deadlines are being met.

You will also be working alongside our very talented specialists to ensure our clients goals are constantly being met and that the accounts continue to grow and flourish.

This position has a high amount of autonomy, and while we are a small team, there is a large opportunity to grow and scale with us as this team expands.


What you'll do day to day

Client Management:
Manage a portfolio of client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and building strong client relationships. Effectively communicate with clients on progress, performance, and recommendations.


Paid Media and SEO Strategy:

Work alongside the Account Director to help develop and execute effective SEO and Paid Media strategies to improve organic search rankings, website traffic, and online conversions for clients.


Storytelling Through Presentations:
Crafting thought-provoking narratives that captivate clients and effectively convey key messages outlined by our strategists.


Account Growth and Expansion:
Monitor and analyze performance metrics, identifying trends and insights to drive continuous improvement. Provide regular performance reports, presentations and insights to clients, outlining achievements, challenges, and recommendations for upsell opportunities.


Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment with clients' brand guidelines and objectives.


Industry Knowledge:
Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in paid media and SEO. Share industry insights and knowledge with clients and team members to enhance overall performance.


Impact:
Directly contribute to the growth of these brands. Drive increased results leading to service opportunities to build a book of business under your management. Implement strategies in well-known brands scaling in their respective industries.


Who you are

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred. As an Account Manager you will be responsible for client success and this requires business/marketing understanding built through education and experience
  • Experience (3+ years) in managing accounts within a digital agency
  • Excellent track record on accounts managed (client growth to show)
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Strong understanding of SEO and Paid Media as it relates to business growth
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills
  • Extremely proactive and resultsoriented with a focus on delivering highquality work to clients
  • Quick learner, driven, and have a great work ethic
  • Natural communicator with the ability to inspire and influence
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusting relationships with team members, management and clients
  • Is thorough, tactful in tough situations, collaborative and aligns with our company values
