What you'll do


PMO Manager role is responsible for development, implementation, and continuous improvement across CTC's corporate and industrial real-estate portfolio, with a focus on processes, operations, quality of deliverables and project delivery support.

This role reports directly to the VP of Corporate Real Estate.

  • Support project teams, project manages and cross functional team to ensure projects are coordinated and aligned with organizational objectives
  • Collaborate in partnership with cross functional team including Project Delivery, Facilities, Workplace Strategy, Human Resources, Information Technology, Communications and Security ensuring correct information is shared across teams
  • Support team with project process improvement including documentation, templates, project and communications plans
  • Maintain data and reports on progress of the project including biweekly/monthly status update presentations for stakeholder
  • Works closely with Project Managers and Workplace Solutions team to ensure adherence to budget and schedule, mitigating any potential risks
  • Transcribe meeting minutes, manage action items and deliverable trackers; drive closure to program and project deliverables
  • Manage the repository for templates, best practices, lessoned learned from previous projects; improve consistency of the projects
  • Contributes to improve the best practices or the project management community within the enterprise to help maintain project management professionalism
  • Ability to lead strategic projects (as required) to support the transformation of our corporate real estate and Connect Workplace strategy and/or Industrial real estate

What you bring

  • Minimum of 510 years of project management experience in a corporate real estate, industrial real estate or corporate design environment
  • PMP required; LEED and WELL certified an asset
  • Highly developed proficiency in Microsoft suite including Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
  • Working knowledge in Adobe Suite
  • Experience implementing and working with CAFM or space management software an asset
  • Sharp analytical skills and high degree of initiative and responsibility
  • Demonstrated significant experience related to industry standards and regulations
  • Working knowledge of budget preparation and proven ability to manage projects within budgetary constraints
