ROLE OVERVIEW

The Field Manager (XM/Retail) will directly report to the Account Manager and will be in charge of overseeing all aspects of event execution and retail operations nationwide, spanning stores, events, and pop-ups. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure flawless event execution and maintain client relationships built on trust, innovation, and delivering exceptional results.


RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Supervise event logistics and operations at multiple locations, including setup, teardown, and coordination with vendors and the infield team.
  • Ensure all event elements are executed as planned, troubleshoot any on-site issues effectively.
  • Lead a team of Account Coordinators and Brand Ambassadors across the country, ensuring client needs are met through coaching for desired outcomes.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, attendees, and vendors during events.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and security regulations throughout the event.
  • Create and maintain accurate event documentation, including timelines, schedules, and logistics plans.
  • Assist in managing contact reports, weekly status reports, and financial aspects for clients.
  • Evaluate event success through post-event assessments, surveys, and feedback.
  • Monitor and analyze post-event success metrics to identify trends and opportunities for future activations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in event marketing and understand the local market.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in event operations and field management.
  • Previous experience as an Account Coordinator, Team Lead, or Brand Ambassador is advantageous.
  • Access to a vehicle with a G2 or G class license is necessary.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including overnight travel, evenings, and weekends.
  • May occasionally work up to 10 consecutive days.
  • Comfortable working 12-hour shifts occasionally.
  • Strong project management skills, including multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Outgoing, team-oriented, confident, and dedicated to event management.
  • Client-focused with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong financial and budget management skills.
  • Capable of working well under pressure and adapting to change.
  • Thorough understanding of event management best practices and regulations.
  • Organized with excellent project management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, event management, or related field preferred.
