    Job Title: Administrative Services Director

    Compensation: $15/hour

    Overview:

    Teach To Grow Canada Foundation, a registered charity, is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team in the roles of Social Media Manager and Social Media Coordinator. These positions are essential for expanding our digital presence and enhancing our communication strategies.

    Eligibility Requirements:

    • Candidates must be between 15 and 30 years at the start of employment.
    • Must be a Canadian citizen or a permanent resident.
    • Must have a valid Social Insurance Number at the start of employment and be legally entitled to work in Canada.

    Responsibilities:

    Research and Funding Identification:

    • Research and identify funding opportunities from various sources.
    • Collaborate with teams to gather project details for grant proposals.

    Grant Writing and Management:

    • Write persuasive grant proposals with accurate budgets.
    • Maintain a comprehensive database of grant opportunities.
    • Track and report on submitted grants' progress.
    • Stay updated on changes in grant guidelines and funding trends.

    Leadership and Collaboration:

    • Craft compelling grant proposals aligned with organizational goals.
    • Build and maintain relationships with funders and partners.
    • Ensure accurate and transparent budgeting for grant applications.
    • Track success rates and identify areas for improvement.
    • Manage grant-related communications and stay informed on industry trends.

    Qualifications:

    • Proficiency in grant writing and research.
    • Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.
    • Adaptable to changing funding landscapes.
    • Experience in managing grant proposals and understanding budgeting.
    • Must be proficient in English.
