    DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER / E-COMM MANAGER

    One of A Kind is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to handle and coordinate e-commerce sales efforts while driving growth through our Shopify based retail e-platform. In addition, someone to manage and grow our current community through content & activations.

    Responsibilities (Including but not limited to) :

    • Community manager for our IG and Facebook pages. Manage social media publication calendar and content production.
    • Develop and implement content strategies alongside Head of E-commerce and content creators.
    • Manage all deliverables for digital campaigns, email marketing and influencers
    • Strategize long term online campaigns throughout all platforms to maximize the CRM
    • Provide and analyze weekly reporting, in order to make realistic web related and marketing suggestions
    • Ensure that all web-based marketing campaigns are properly implemented to grow e-commerce sales
    • Plan, organize and manage e-commerce weekly workflow in partnership with the responsible teams (inventory, content, fulfillment, stores, agencies)
    • Coordinate social media content with paid advertising agency (Instagram, facebook, tik tok, YouTube, twitter)
    • Build ecommerce calendar according to product launches, promotions and product pushes
    • Ensure that web- based marketing campaigns are properly implemented to grow e-commerce sales and identify and gaps and opportunities with actionable recommendations
    • Ensure that the visual identity of the brand is communicated coherently across all channels
    • Manage SEO optimization and ensure that it is compatible with current search engine algorithms

    • Ensure that all analytics are properly tracked in order to clearly understand the results of all campaigns (Tracking / Tagging, connecting technologies, point of contact for the support teams internal & external as 3rd parties)
    • Perform ROI analysis on e-commerce initiatives to maximize ROAS for e-commerce conversion funnel (Add to cart > Checkout)
    • Oversee performance of third parties; Website platform provider | Email provider (Klaviyo) | Web development agency.
    • Coordinate the implementation of marketing initiatives for brick and mortar alongside Director of Operations
    • Implement and manage OAK loyalty program (Rare circles)
    • Develop loyalty and retention strategies that drive repeat visits and conversions
    • Optimize online user experience
    • Execute annual online performance marketing plans alongside Head of E-commerce
    • Identify emerging trends and position OAK competitively within the marketplace
    • Have a strong and positive impact on the overall E-commerce department to ensure that the team reaches above and beyond standard marketing objectives.

    Knowledge, skills and attributes :

    • Proven experience in developing online business & marketing strategies
    • Experience in advertising design is also an asset, for retargeting purposes
    • The ability to multi-task and turn projects around on short deadlines.
    • A grasp of web design software knowledge to properly critique and advise the design team
    • Strong understanding of analytics software to track performances of the website
    • Proficient in working with Excel, Word, PowerPoint
    • Outstanding written & verbal skills in English, French (multilingual abilities considered an asset)
    • Must be detail oriented, self-motivated and time efficient.
    • Strong analytical, organizational, communication and planning skills
    • Understand significant eComm related KPIs and actions towards optimization of them
    • Ability for in-depth analysis of Google Analytics reports and ability to derive meaningful decisions based on insights
    • Strong knowledge of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)
    • Profound knowledge of Google Ads campaign set up, management and optimization
    • Profound knowledge with Facebook (and IG), being able to optimize social ads campaigns from A to Z.
    • Ability to understand and scale all digital campaign types including: SEO, PPC, Search, Display, Media buying, shopping, social, email marketing
    • Proficiency with email marketing concepts, structure, and platforms, preferably Klaviyo
