Valsoft Corporation is currently looking for an Accounts Receivable Analyst to join the Finance team

Core Responsibilities:


  • Prepares, posts, verifies, and records customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivable
  • Creates invoices according to company practices; submits invoices to customers
  • Maintains and updates customer master data i

e:
files, including name or address changes, mergers, or mailing attentions

  • Drafts correspondence for standard pastdue accounts and collections identifies delinquent accounts by reviewing files and contacts delinquent account holders to request payment
  • Creates reports regarding the current status of customer accounts as requested
  • Assists in generating monthly billing statements based on the general ledger
  • Assists Accounting Manager in reconciling revenue accounts each month
  • Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted
  • Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients' billing issues

Qualifications:


  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivables or a similar role
  • Excel MS Excel knowledge
  • NetSuite knowledge is an asset
  • Excellent communication, research, problemsolving, and timemanagement skills
  • High level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability
  • Attention to detail
