We are currently looking for a day shift Warehouse Lead Hand (Afternoon Shift) to join Radiant and be part of our dynamic team.

LOCATION:
398 Railside Drive, Brampton, ON

Shift: 2:30 PM-11:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Assign and prioritize duties in order to meet customer requirements.
Investigate issues to find the root cause. Recommend solutions to resolve and prevent recurrence.
Resolve escalated process issues with the team.
Make recommendations for process improvements.
Ensure a clean and safe working environment through adherence to security and safety policies.
Respond to inquiries from internal and external customers.
Receive, handle, ship and store goods.
Verify and document the quantity and condition of goods received and shipped.
Audit paperwork to ensure accuracy. Scan individual items. Process items as per work instructions.
Pick and pack orders to customer requirements.
Ensure orders are ready for shipment to customers in adherence to delivery schedules.
Assist with inventory control processes. Note and communicate inventory discrepancies.
Train new employees on processes and procedures.
Assist in the execution of any Continuous Improvement initiatives.

What You Bring to the Role:

Minimum 3 years' experience working in a distribution / 3PL environment.
Prior leadership / supervisory experience.
Valid current MHE Operating Certificates for forklift equipment including Raymond Reach, Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, Power Walkie.
Experience working in a GMP / AIB facility is a definite asset.
Ability to manually lift / carry product / boxes of various sizes up to 50 lbs.
Effective communication skills in English read, write, listen and speak.
Experience with warehouse management system (WMS).
Able to work safely and effectively under pressure in a time sensitive environment.
