Couture Landscapes is looking to hire experienced Landscape Construction Laborers for long term and permanent employment.


Summary of Position:

You will be working in a crew of 2-4 people, and will be working under/with your crew leader to contribute to the completion of landscape and construction projects.

• Working on a variety of both landscape, and construction projects
• Frequent machine and equipment operation work, some experience required
• Approximately 50 hrs/week with more available
• Perform a variety of landscape work through masonry/stonework, carpentry, sodding, and gardening, along with various other fields

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
• Reliable and punctual
• Able and willing to listen, understand, and learn from the crew leader
• Capable of operating required equipment and tools in a safe and responsible manner
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
• Knowledge of specific materials, methods, tools and equipment required to complete various landscape/construction practices
• Ability to work with hand tools, power tools, small engine equipment, heavy equipment, and materials
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. repeatedly through an entire work shift
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment

Qualifications:

• Must possess a valid G driver's license
• Minimum 3 years of landscape/construction experience
• Good oral and written communication skills to work with other employees and trades
• Excellent customer service skills to deal with clients
• Ability to operate landscape equipment including but not limited to tempers, hand tools, laser levels, measuring equipment, drills, saws, bobcat, excavator, etc.
• Excellent understanding of landscape materials for hardscape and installation procedures

$25.00-$40.00 per hour
