Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems.
- Answer phones and direct calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Assist in managing the front desk and reception area.
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Utilize computer skills to create documents, reports, and presentations.
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
- Assist with bookkeeping task.
- Experience with basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Previous experience as a Receptionist is a plus.
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently.

$17.03-$25.00 per hour
