Position Summary
:
The Manager, Omni Innovation Project is responsible for developing and driving forward projects within the team's purview.
This role will play a key role in assessing, testing, and launching new value propositions to move forward OMNI strategy and drive growth across the portfolio.
Further, they will lead work to ensure project metrics are met and new benefits are assessed.What you'll do
:
Manage the overall planning, development and implementation of strategic programs across stakeholder groups to delivery on time and on budget.
Work with Senior Management to build out and develop a governance process to ensure key initiatives are executed effectively and leadership team is held accountable for delivery including project charters, objectives, contingency plans and a rigorous, detailed project management plan.

Initiate, coordinate and collaborate with key internal and vendor stakeholders to deliver the project, including all deliverables and milestones. Lead cross-functional forums related to projects to ensure progress is being made and stakeholder are aligned.
Proactively identify, share and escalate (as required) project-related issues & risks. Work with cross-functional partners to resolve and mitigate. Develop communications, materials and presentations to inform leadership and cross-functional teams around project progress, results and benefits.
Analyze and influence the controls of cost lines ensuring they fall within the company's guidelines while delivering on our experience expectations.
Keep the customer at the forefront of all decision making and the impacts to customer experience at all stages of the program.
Qualification:
- Experience with implementing complex projects an asset.
- Project Management experience required.
- Retail or eCommerce/ OMNI experience an asset
- Thrives in a fastpaced environment with high tolerance for change and ability to adapt.
- Strong interpersonal skills and comfort influencing others to meet commitments.
- Strong organizational skills with self starter mindset.
- Develop standards and encourage (or enforcing where necessary) the use of those standards and processes.
- Ability to work with financial partners and report on financial outcomes.
- Strong communication skills and analytical mindset. Comfort with Microsoft tools is an asset.
