We are not looking for a Salesforce Senior Business Analyst. We are looking for a team player, someone who wants to learn as much as share, someone who loves Salesforce solutions, talks about them, lives them Are you a Salesforce Functional Analyst?


Responsibilities:


  • Support product managers to identify business needs and help them facilitate workshops
  • Contribute to the identification, validation and documentation of user story items (business, functional and technical) to support the development of technological solutions based on business needs. Identify inconsistencies, discrepancies and conflicting items in the product
backlog

  • Determine if backlog items are optimal and prioritized based on business needs
  • Be creative in identifying possible solutions with technical teams, including architects, leveraging Salesforce platform and architecture knowledge to support the design of solutions to Minimize maintenance needs
  • Facilitate and coordinate conversations with product managers and experts (SMEs) to ensure that the chosen solution is aligned with business needs and the Enterprise solution
  • Layouts, validation rules, workflows and process generators
  • Reports and dashboards
  • New objects, fields, forms, tabs, user profiles
  • Organization default settings, sharing settings
  • Support the QA team and adoption team by answering questions, reviewing documentation (test scripts, training materials) and providing context for testing

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree related to the sector of activity and several years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of the Canadian financial industry
  • Indepth knowledge of the Salesforce platform and its ecosystem, as well as its architecture principles. Knowledge of Financial Services Cloud and nCino are assets
  • Salesforce certifications and Trailhead advancement
  • Understanding of Sales functional integration principles strength and data migration, such as the use of APIs and ETL.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement configurations for Salesforce apps
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills, as well as good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of the software development lifecycle, DevOps principles, and Agile methodology
  • Ability to work on simultaneous projects, activities and tasks on schedule
  • Bilingualism
