About the role:
As the Head of People Services, Canada ServCo, you will be accountable to deliver accurate payroll and manage payroll tax, delivery services and benefits administration.
You will be the main point of contact for Canada's federal and provincial revenue agencies, and ensure the company's compliance with payroll tax reporting requirements.
You will review processes end-to-end within HR People Services to streamline, simplify and automate them to deliver continuous process improvement, measured by increases in the net promoter score and improved operational metrics.
You will embed a framework for the resolution of issues in partnership with the Service Owners, Service Recipients or global contacts, as required.
You will oversee services provided by HSBC's offshore utility and third-party vendors and will collaborate closely with the Global Service Owner (GSO) and market stakeholders.
Requirements- Extensive Canadian Payroll and HR operations management knowledge and experience
- A passionate focus on the customer and endtoend process reengineering experience.
- Proven experience with SAP Success Factors is strongly desired
- Demonstrated experience in partnering with offshore shared service operations and thirdparty vendors
- Ability to work and lead in a hybrid environment and within the matrix
