- Record all expenses on daily basis in quick books
- Record the deposit entry (Bank) on daily basis in quick books
- Bank reconciliation on monthly basis
- Filing of invoices/documents along with approvals
- Prepare and share the courier incentive sheet for checking and approval
- Prepare and share the HST/GST working for checking and approval, process the payment of the same on receipt of approval and file return quarterly
- Prepare cheque and share the details in excel
- Followup with vendor for invoice etc.
- Prepare and reconcile the petty cash expense sheet with books on monthly basis
- Weekly Follow up with Online payment gateway vendor
- Prepare the rent cheque and process the payment
- Liasioning with CPA for financials and taxation matters
- Embassy Fee Reconciliation
- Accouting and Payroll assistance
Skills Required:
- Must be good with the domain knowledge
- Excellent Verbal and written communication skills in English
- Must be flexible, result oriented and multitasking
- Risk taker and selfmotivated indivisual who can work in fastpaced environment
- Ready to take challanges
- Good knowledge of Accounts legal laws
- Knowlege of Quick Books would be an asset
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
$36,000.00 per year
