Bilingual HR Operations Coordinator

How you'll make a huge impact here - and in your career:

  • Act as first point of contact for general HR inquiries from staff and managers
  • Provide HR administrative support throughout the employee life cycle in the assigned line of business
  • Manage the quality of data and maintain records in P&C and payrollrelated systems to ensure data accuracy
  • Liaise with external and internal stakeholders and agencies as appropriate to deliver P&C services
  • Support continuous improvement activities to further simplify and standardize processes
  • Assist with various P&C projects, programs, initiatives, and other assigned duties
  • Coordinate and facilitate new hire orientations, including initiating and tracking mandatory training for new hires

Skills and qualifications, you'll bring:


  • Proficiency in oral and written communication in English and French
  • 1 to 3 years of proven Human Resources experience
  • Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Business Administration or Human Resources Management preferred
  • Clientfocused with great attention to detail, rigour, organization and proactivity
  • General working knowledge of employment legislation (employment standards, human rights code, etc.)
  • Ability to take initiative, manage multiple priorities and work in a fastevolving environment
  • Solid problemsolving and analytical skills
