Host Responsibilities:

The primary role of the Expo is to ensure quality and standards of Smitty's products before they are delivered to our Guests.

Our Expo is a liason for our kitchen to our servers.

Contribute to minimizing food costs by monitoring stock levels, par levels, temperature checklist and FIFO
Maintain quality control
Use product knowledge to ensure satisfaction
Monitor bill timing and communication servers and cooks
Ensure meals are delivered to guests in a timely manner
Have solid understanding of menu product knowledge, portion, and presentation
Maintain a clean working environment
