Hospitality Services Lead to come grow with our team in
Toronto, ON This full-time position is ideal for someone with 3+ years of relevant experience looking for a stable place to work, learn, and develop.

We are a cross functional team looking for someone eager to make a lasting contribution

Schedule:
Typically Monday - Friday, 8AM-5PM

What you will be doing:


  • Organize, confirm, process, and maintain employee checkins/ checkouts for office desk locations and adapt for any changes.
  • Provide employees with office desk location, conference rooms information, directions, and hospitality area information.
  • Support the onsite business center, which may include office supply stocking, assisting with copy/print orders, conference room setup up, pantry inventory, or light facilities.
  • Oversee administrative functions such as greeting guests, issuing badges, booking conference rooms, assisting callers with inquires, etc

What we need from you:


  • 3+ year experience in hospitality, hotel, customer service, or equivalent.
  • A positive and professional attitude with a willingness to go above and beyond for our customers.
  • Ability to handle physical duties (carrying and/or moving 40lbs) associated with the job lifting, bending, etc.
  • To be able to work both independently and in a team setting successfully.
  • An ability to be bright, articulate, and neat in appearance.
