Reels Video Editor Needed

Job description
I have a steady flow of Marathi talking-head clips (40–60 seconds each) that need to be turned into engaging YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels.
You will NOT need to record or create content. I will provide raw videos — your job is to make them fast-paced and engaging.Responsibilities:
- Remove pauses, mistakes, and filler words
- Add accurate Marathi subtitles manually (no auto captions)
- Add zoom cuts, emojis, sound effects, and simple animations
- Replace or blur background if required
- Deliver vertical 1080×1920 video
Trial & Payment:
We will start with a trial of 4 reels for ₹500 total.
If the quality is good and the client is satisfied, we will continue with regular work and higher payment per reel.
Requirements:
- Must understand Marathi language
- Beginner editors welcome
- Should be responsive and consistent
- Must follow reference style
To apply:
Send 2–3 reels/shorts you edited before.
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months.
Mandatory skills:
