  • Préparation des procédures d'achats
  • Préparation, suivi et mise à jour du plan d'approvisionnement (équipements, matériaux et installation)
  • Coordonner l'émission des lots d'approvisionnement incluant la documentation technique et commerciale, lettres d'invitation, instructions aux soumissionnaires, etc.
  • Suivi des lots d'approvisionnement avec fournisseurs et entrepreneurs (intention à soumissionner, réception des soumissions, réponses aux questions, addenda, etc.)
  • Coordonner la préparation des analyses de soumissions avec le département d'ingénierie (technique et commerciale)
  • Faire la relance de l'information d'ingénierie des fournisseurs (documents, dessins pour fabrication, etc.)

Job Description:


  • Preparation of purchasing procedures
  • Preparation, followup and updating of the procurement plan (equipment, materials and installation)
  • Coordinate the issuance of procurement packages including technical and commercial documentation, invitation letters, instructions to bidders, etc.
  • Followup on procurement packages with suppliers and contractors (intent to bid, receipt of bids, responses to questions, addenda, etc.)
  • Coordinate the preparation of bid analyses with the engineering department (technical and commercial)
  • Followup on engineering information from suppliers (documents, drawings for fabrication, etc.)

Qualifications:


  • Expérience en approvisionnement et relance
  • Langues parlées et écrites : français et anglais
  • Logiciels : Excel, Word
