Job Summary


We are looking for a Customer Service Representative based out of our London office to help us service our customer base across Southern Ontario.

Experience in the construction industry would be an asset - i.e., as a Project Site Coordinator.

  • Previous Customer Service experience
  • Strong phone presence
  • Experience working with a CRM
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong listening skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and mange time efficiently
  • Experience with Microsoft Office programs required
  • Experience in a fastpaced office environment is essential
