Description

Our student and new graduate programs offer a chance to explore Sun Life from the inside.

The business initiatives administrative will work with the business initiatives manager to support in documenting and tracking improvement opportunities.

Length of Term :4 months (May - August 2024)

What will you do?

Assist in documenting any identified outcomes, actions and business requirement for project initiatives
Assist identifying and tracking progress on identified initiatives
Assist in developing material for presentations
Partner with the business initiatives manager in the development of change management plan materials
Support project management activities including planning and scheduling of meetings
Evaluate opportunities for process improvements and actively participate in team initiatives and projects Interest in learning to map processes and the client journey's using design thinking methodology

What do you need to succeed?

College diploma/university degree
Great PC skills with knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Miro and/or MS Visio
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to take meeting notes, and document actions and outcomes from meetings.
Ability to communicate proactively, openly and directly
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Team player with a positive attitude and high attention to detail
Great organizational and timemanagement skills
Interest or knowledge in Lean/Lean Six Sigma methodology and design thinking capabilities is an asset

The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted for.

The Base Pay which you will be considered for will vary depending on the Campus program you are selected for.
