- Assist in the day to day operations of the Insurance & Surety department by performing required duties
- Ensuring bonds are issued in a timely manner with high accuracy
- Build constructive relationships across the organization as well within the Insurance and Bonding group, providing leadership support and guidance as required
- Assist in managing insurance & surety within the P3 process
- Input insurance coverage on a timely basis
- Gather and prepare information required for corporate renewal
- Assist in claims management & reporting as required
- Review insurance requirements in contracts
- Liaison with broker & seek advice to ensure no coverage gaps Is this the right role for you?
- Insurance claims handling experience on construction, auto, property and general liability claims is considered an asset
- Construction claims handling experience is required
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills and effective interpersonal skills
