Reporting to the Store Manager Responsibilities for this position include demonstrating alignment with Saskatoon Co-op Brand and Values coming to work with a positive professional approach and attitude wearing the accepted Co-op uniform and Personal Protective Equipment as required being dependable for all scheduled shifts meeting expectations of internal and external customers performing all tasks required in a liquor store including but not limited to store opening closing cashier stocking receiving preparing commercial online orders snow removal cleaning sanitizing understanding products services we offer in order to promote sale of goods services meet needs requirements expectations customers ordering receiving displaying merchandise as directed per Saskatoon Co-op policies procedures efficiently operating point-of-sale system conducting financial transactions adherence Saskatoon Co-op policies proficiently safely operating manual power mobile equipment store adhering loss prevention policies strategies reviewing acting various P.O.S. reports pertaining section directed manager ensuring neat clean orderly location maintained times performing duties assignedQualifications
Must be at least 19 years of age Have or willing obtain Serve It Right Saskatchewan Must be strongly service-oriented motivated capable serving assisting customers courteous efficient manner Must be prepared increase product knowledge improve selling techniques special courses product clinics training sessions Must have demonstrated ability fulfill physical job requirements including lifting carrying force occasionally constantly ability climb ladders Experience liquor industry will considered asset Preference given those possess enhanced knowledge wine spirits beer Writing product knowledge test may be required determine eligibility Must able work mornings afternoons evenings weekends A combination relevant education experience may considered Deadline January 14 2026Job description
