Associate Manager is a hybrid role with a blend of client management and consulting responsibilities. This role manages a portfolio of clients across various industries, ensuring client satisfaction standards are met. This role is also responsible for leading and deploying various Workday projects across different clients. Associate Managers are team players with a desire to grow into customer success, people manager, or business operations capacity.


Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of clients, including scoping, resourcing, planning, budgeting, and managing deliverables, contracts, and timelines for clients' projects.
  • Provide guidance, instruction, direction, and coaching to team members to ensure projects are executed timely and with quality.
  • Ensure a strong relationship is built with clients; ensure clients see Kognitiv as a valuable partner to their business.
  • Measure, support, and address client satisfaction; ensure escalations are addressed and mitigated in a timely manner. Ensure proper communication with leadership on all escalations.
  • Implement and configure Workday solutions for a global customer base. Design, configure, test, and deploy business requirements across multiple Workday HCM module(s) while remaining agile and flexible to clients' changing needs.
  • Assist management in monitoring and evaluating consultants' performance, providing feedback, facilitating training and development, and driving retention and engagement within the team.
  • Contribute to the organization's knowledge management repository through formal and informal avenues (ex: Q&A, documented deliverables, facilitation of Workday knowledge sharing sessions, regularly posting best practices, etc).
  • Act as a mentor and coach for less experienced team members.
  • Meet key performance indicators set for this role (ex: utilization target, service level agreements, customer satisfaction scores, etc).
  • Work in a fastpaced environment that requires tasks to be completed quickly and accurately.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years relevant working experience in customer facing roles, such as consulting, project/program management, etc.
  • Deep knowledge of Workday Core HCM, Security and Reporting and at least one additional Workday module (Adv. Compensation, Payroll, Recruiting, Talent, Time Tracking, Absence, Learning, Benefits, Prism, BIRT).
  • Ability to be effectively and actively engaged on multiple, parallel projects of all sizes in both supporting and leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated commitment to deliver excellent client satisfaction; strong client focus with the ability to understand client needs and build relationships.
  • Proficiency of project management methodologies, change management principles, tools, and best practices.
  • Experience implementing business solutions under competing deadlines and priorities while keeping a high attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize work to ensure timeliness and quality with no supervision. Ability to effectively manage against timelines, deadlines, and goals for both self and teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must possess the ability to communicate clearly and effectively, as well as build strong relationships across distributed teams, clients, and time zones.
  • Ability to effectively interact and influence individuals across all levels of internal and external organizations (individual contributor to C-Suite).
  • Ability and desire to manage, develop, and coach global teams in a remote working environment.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and to adapt to frequent change.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.
  • Ability to meet travel requirements (<5% a year).


The base pay range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill set, experience, education, certification/credentials, market data, internal equity, and office location, and other business and organizational needs.

The range presented is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount varies based on factors described.

This position may be eligible for additional incentives, such as benefits, bonus and commission.


Estimated Base Pay Range for New York, Colorado, California:
$114, $148,200.00
