Job responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

Sourcing reliable vendors, negotiating prices, discounts and other conditions;
Responsible for accurate entry, proofing and maintenance of purchase orders and proactively following up with vendors on pending orders and delivery schedules;
Maintaining accuracy of system data, while creating and verifying products and vendors, including costing information;
Reviewing vendors' quotes and conditions to ensure getting the best deals;
Communication with vendors to ensure ontime delivery and reduced lead times and proactively following up with vendors on pending orders and delivery schedules;
Maintaining vendors' price lists; collaboration with other departments in case of price changes;
Verifying paperwork to ensure accuracy (including pricing); resolve issues and/or discrepancies;
Support Supply Chain Manager with developing the Company's strategic procurement plan;

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

Diploma in Supply Chain or Business Administration;
13 years of experience in a similar role;
Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management;
Detail oriented;
Strong communication and organizational skills;
Experience working with ERP;
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Salary:
$50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
