District Manager, Major Accounts, Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO)

As a Human Resources Outsourcing Specialist, you'll drive new business for ADP's cloud-based HR solutions to corporate prospects and clients within a defined territory.

By strategically collaborating with partners and a little help from our top-notch training, you'll cross-sell into both new and existing clients and effectively close sales for ADP Comprehensive Services.

THINGS YOU'LL DO:

  • Drive our Business Forward
  • Work with our prospects and clients to close sales, win business, and reach sales goals. It's that simple.
  • Turn Prospects into Loyal Clients and Raving Fans
  • Implement a topdown sales strategy targeting Presidents, CEOs, CFOs and Owners to build a network with Clevel executives. Now that's what we call networking.
  • Deepen Relationships across the ADP Family
  • In addition to cloudbased HR solutions, strategically crosssell into existing accounts by putting the spotlight on ADP's Comprehensive Services... there's more
  • Interact with existing sales team in a supportive role to maximize territory penetration, develop and execute solution strategies
  • Develop annual business plan, determining sales and activity goals required for attainment of assigned revenue goals.
  • Be proficient in discovering the prospects/clients current state and where they need to go in the future state
  • Position value and strength of the ADP Comprehensive solutions and related services to new and existing customers in alignment to the customers primary business objectives
  • Execute quality turnover meetings with Implementation and/or Service teams to ensure positive client experience and timely conversions.
  • Participate in meetings with Product Management team to escalate product issues and discuss industry trends

EXPERIENCE YOU NEED:
(Required Qualifications)

  • 5 years + Experience with businesstobusiness sales, particularly at the executive level
  • Demonstrated cold calling sales ability, with assertive, positive, and persistent style
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including with Clevel executives
  • Motivated, selfstarter with effective time management skills
  • Ability to work independently, as well as being a collaborative team member
  • High school Diploma is required

  • Human Capital Management selling experience
  • Proven ability to create and implement activity plans, coordinate task to achieve a balance between sales initiatives and required deliverables
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales objectives
  • Understanding of business process outsourcing; ability to position value of Comprehensive Outsourcing in competitive situations
  • Strong business development, prospecting, and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to propose and implement creative (but practical) solutions to business and in a timely manner.
  • Ability to effectively balance personal accountability for sales results with working collaboratively with sales colleagues and internal resources within the business to ensure consistent accurate information and level of service to clients
