As a leading digital performance marketing agency, we're seeking talented individuals to join our dynamic team when opportunities arise.

    We are on the lookout for a passionate and solution-oriented Account Manager to handle multiple client accounts. Key responsibilities include maintaining comprehensive knowledge of our business and offerings, developing strategic plans for account growth, managing and strengthening client relationships, spotting new business opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client expectations.

    What We Get:
    • A creative, capable professional with agency experience, adept at managing a wide range of account-level tasks, including setting short-term goals and long-term strategy, monitoring KPIs, and financial reporting.

    • At least 2 years of experience in professional marketing, advertising, or a digital agency.
    • Advanced knowledge of Google AdWords, Google Analytics, and other digital ad and analytics platforms.
    • A tenacious, positive individual who thrives in a fast-paced setting and can juggle multiple projects with ease.
    • Strong analytical skills, understanding how each piece of a project fits into the bigger picture.
    • Ability to report data and connect results to client objectives.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships with team members, clients, and prospects.
    • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
    • A university degree or diploma in a related field.
    Responsibilities:
    • Account Management: Understand client industries and marketing strategies, grow client relationships, manage project implementation internally, document project requirements, collaborate with internal teams for client objectives, and monitor program KPIs.
    • Client Relationship Management and Communication: Develop business relationships with clients, support the account team, ensure effective communication, and coordinate client project briefs and approvals.
    • Budget and Financials: Assist in developing annual account plans to meet revenue and profit targets.
    • Knowledge and Industry Relations: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of DAC's offerings, stay informed about program activities, and engage in industry and platform training as provided by DAC.
