The
Total Rewards Manager is responsible for managing the design, development, communication, implementation, and administration of CGCs total rewards programs, policies, and processes.
How you will make an impact:
- Ensure total reward programs, policies and practices are relevant and aligned with best market practices
- Identify opportunities to improve compensation practices and processes, including preparing and analyzing regular management and audit reports
- Consult with Human Resources Business Partners in supporting the organization's ability to attract and engage talent and work together to critically define business issues and collaborate on decisions
- Lead and engage in daytoday compensation related matters and allocate projects to the Total Rewards Advisors
- Provide exemplary coaching and advice to the Total Rewards Advisors to facilitate their development and growth
- Lead and/or support compensation and benefits review projects
- Provide strategic direction on optimal compensation architecture and administration, pay equity and employment equity
- Lead yearend compensation programs, including annual merit budget and shortterm incentives
- Prepare advanced and comprehensive analytics, reports and metrics
- Develop modeling, costing, and reporting for all total rewards projects
About you:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent combination of training and experience.
- 7+ years of total rewards experience; and 3+ years in a management position.
- Professional designation in CCP is required and CEBS is strongly preferred.
- Strong leader who communicates effectively and supports the growth and development of team members
- Strong critical thinking, analytical, problemsolving and consultation skills
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Effectively communicates and influences all levels of the organization and stakeholders
- Advanced HRIS and Microsoft Office skills and working knowledge
