Department Manager - Grill

Summary

The role of manager of the grill department is to supervise a work team with efficiency to ensure the excellence of our customer service, while offering a wide variety of fresh and superior quality products, according to the standards of the Adonis group.

They will have to manage the operations of his department according to the sales objectives of the store, while respecting the standards of food hygiene and safety at work of the government.

Specific Responsibilities

Team Management:

Ensure compliance with personal hygiene standards and dress code for team members
Followup on training and development activities
Complete and submit evaluation forms
Setting staff schedules based on need and budget
Activities related to the recruitment of staff

Customer Service:

Ensure excellent customer service throughout the department
Customer Complaint Management

Grill Department:

Good knowledge of the assorted products offered
Establish and execute shelf merchandising plans and define food costs
Properly maintain inventory to minimize understock/excess inventory
Followup on receipts of goods and on the accuracy of orders
Ensure displays and displays are always full, attractive and clean
Follow and follow up on all store food safety procedures
Check the proper functioning of refrigeration, cooking and food maintenance equipment
Complete the manager's tour daily
