    Position Overview:

    The Manager Enterprise Learning Sales is tasked with advancing revenue growth in the Open Enrolment program portfolio through targeted engagement with senior-level decision-makers within Ivey's organizational clients and prospects. Collaborating with the Director, Customer Experience and Design, this role oversees strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing relationships with organizations, amplifying awareness of the Open Enrolment product suite, and driving revenue by identifying and engaging new client prospects.

    Success in this role hinges on adeptness in a dynamic, results-driven environment, along with a dedication to comprehending client requirements, monitoring market dynamics, conducting precise market research, and employing diverse channels to cultivate and nurture leads. The incumbent maintains a robust market presence through participation in conferences, events, and social media, leveraging networking acumen to achieve desired outcomes. Possessing a strategic outlook and profound comprehension of contemporary business dynamics, the individual excels in advising businesses on their learning needs and delivering customized solutions aligned with their objectives.

    Responsibilities:

    Sales Strategy and Execution

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new business and expand the Academy's presence with key client prospects, industries, and regions.
  • Identify, connect, and engage with key HR leaders in organizations, understanding their needs and consulting on the best learning solutions from our portfolio.
  • Build and nurture a robust pipeline of leads looking to buy seats in Executive Education programs for their organizations.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to expand revenue from existing accounts.
  • Sell high-value program enrolment bundle packages and annual subscriptions to organizational buyers.
  • Sell multi-participant executive coaching packages to organizations and senior leaders.
  • Represent Ivey at industry events and conferences to network, building relationships, and generate sales-qualified leads.
  • Conduct ongoing research and intelligence gathering on industry and market trends to inform tailored sales approaches.

  • Relationship Management and Consultation

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with organizational clients, becoming a trusted advisor for learning & development solutions.
  • Provide personalized consulting to HR and business leaders on the benefits of our Open Enrollment programs for their teams' development.
  • Organize and participate in networking events, workshops, and seminars to promote The Ivey Academy's offerings.
  • Program Promotion and Development

  • Collaborate with marketing and program design teams to create compelling promotional materials and tailored program proposals that support account-based marketing of Open Enrolment programs.
  • Work closely with the executive education team to ensure that the learning solutions proposed meet the highest standards of quality and relevance.
  • Provide feedback from the market to aid in the development of new programs or the refinement of existing offerings.
  • Expertly articulate the organizational benefits of investing in Open Enrolment programs for leaders, as well as the unique differentiated value propositions Ivey delivers.
  • Market Intelligence and Reporting

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market needs to inform strategic decisions.
  • Use CRM tools to manage sales pipeline, track interactions and report on sales activities.
  • Qualifications:

    Education & Experience

  • A University degree or College diploma in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
  • At least 5+ years of proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the education, training, or HR solutions industry.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and a solid understanding of sales processes and strategies.

  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth through new business development and achieving ambitious sales targets.
