Armour Alloys is a flat-rolled specialty metals distributor based out of Cambridge. We are currently seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our team at our brand new facility.

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to learn and work with our experienced Operations team.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Manage flow of documents for time order is taken through to shipping
  • Schedule our fleet of trucks for Ontario deliveries
  • Schedule common carrier for out of province and out of country delivery
  • Manage and track incoming overseas shipments
  • Prepare international paperwork
  • Coordinate with production to make sure orders are completed in a timely fashion
  • Ensure timely delivery of products with a desire to provide worldclass service.
  • Develop strong relationships internally and externally.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Postsecondary education, preferably in Logistics and Supply Chain
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Able to work independently or in a team environment.
  • Outstanding organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Able to work under time constraints and adapt to change.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

From $50,000.00 per year
