Responsibilities
+- provide leadership, support, and direction to operations on a 12-hour rotating shift (including nights and weekends);
- ensure teams are operating following all safety practices and policies, coaching as required;
- respond to the needs of the facility during your shift and coordinate solutions for production disruptions such as machine downtime, workforce shortages, , or supply interruptions;
,be the primary point of contact for communicating changes and operational updates;
,providesafe working environmentfor all employeesand ensure safeoperating conditions of equipment,and,follow up on any incidentsor issues;interact with planning systems to support resource allocationandproduction goals.
