The Opportunity:


As a Warehouse Lead, you will be a key contributor to day to day operations of our Toronto fulfillment center, working with a team to drive operational efficiency and employee engagement.

In this role you will

  • Work with Director, Canadian Operations to ensure deliverables are being achieved
  • Work collaboratively with all team members to support inventory counts, product moves and management and maintaining accurate supply and equipment levels
  • Communicates openly and in a timely fashion regarding any issues involving inventory, staff or facilities
  • Provide ongoing training and development of all warehouse associates
  • Finding creative solutions for daytoday operational challenges
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment ensuring policies and procedures are followed
  • Utilize proprietary software to check on the queue of projects due same day and create a plan for the week's upcoming projects
  • Communicate with Project Manager and sometimes Account Managers when any issues with projects arise
  • Ensure close attention to detail of each project to complete it correctly, and communicate any issues with the Project Manager and Account Managers as needed in a timely manner
  • Communicate openly and in a timely fashion regarding any issues involving inventory, staff or facilities
  • Provide ongoing training and development for all warehouse associates
  • Finding creative solutions for daytoday operational challenges
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment ensuring policies and procedures are followed

What You'll Bring to the Team (Required Skills & Abilities):

  • 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse environment
  • Ability to learn new technologies and custom proprietary softwares quickly
  • The desire and capacity to motivate coach and manage a growing team
  • An ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast paced changing environment
  • Detail Oriented, Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Understanding of Health and Safety and regulatory compliance is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent (College degree preferred)
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets

$45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
