Who You'll Work With

What You'll Be Doing

Preparation and distribution of invoices to customers
Collection of unpaid customer invoices
Resolving payment discrepancies
Improve accounts receivable turnover
Accounts receivable aging review, reconciliation and calculation of provisions
Prepare revenue reports and analysis
Deferred revenue tracking and reconciliation
Assist in yearend audit, budgeting and forecasting
Commission calculations
Prepare balance sheet analysis for all A/R and revenue related accounts
Create new customers and maintenance of the customer database in Quickbooks
Support the regulatory compliance in internal control over financial reporting and sales taxes
Assist in the development of and support the company's strategic plans
Assist is SAP Business One implementation
Responding to ad hoc requests from the business

What You Need to Be Successful

Advanced knowledge of Excel with ability to manage complex data
Minimum of 3 years experience in Account Receivable
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent collection management skills
Excellent customer service
Ability to step out of the box, conceptualize and problem solve
Ability to work under tight deadlines, manage multiple competing priorities and be flexible and resilient
