Job Location:

Lower Mainland
No experience required
Familiarity with hand tools required, renovation/restoration, and common sense as an asset
Team oriented, with a drive to complete tasks is a must
Asset if you have worked in remediation, renovation and/or tenant improvement industry
Positive attitude, friendly disposition, and eagerness to learn
Be able to do physical work for an 8hour shift
Attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Willing to travel to different sites.

Summary of Qualifications & Requirements:

Must have valid driver's license and own vehicle for transportation to and from work and between sites
Physically demanding and requires handling heavy loads, and good handeye coordination.
