At this time, we are looking for a self-motivated, hardworking Live-in Resident Manager to join us full-time in Toronto at 100 Lower Ossington Avenue.

This position entails mostly cleaning and some administrative work.

Responsibilities_:
_**- Cleaning and maintenance, preparing vacant units for tenants;

Tenant relations, inquiries and rental calls;
Managing onsite daily activities;
Building and maintaining positive, professional tenant relationships;
Snow shoveling of steps/sidewalks during winter months;
Shared on call responsibilities;
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in cleaning or customer service;
Strong communication and time management skills;
Ability to work well in a team environment with mínimal supervision;
Previous experience in the Property Management industry is an asset.
