    Technical Inside Sales

    • You will handle incoming customer inquiries by phone and email.
    • Provide product information to customers and sales reps.

    , Collaborate with the sales team to support relationship building Respond promptly customer requests technical support Run daily/monthly order reports team analysis Maintain CRM records assist internal coordination departments.
    All this while taking care to maintain accurate warehouse shipping operations preparing orders dispatch as needed;
