The Night Auditor is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions and providing exceptional customer service to guests during the overnight shift.

• Perform front desk duties, including checkin and checkout procedures
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
• Verify and balance daily financial transactions, including room charges, cash payments, and credit card transactions
• Prepare and distribute daily reports, including occupancy reports, revenue reports, and guest account statements
• Conduct audits of guest accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies
• Assist with nighttime security procedures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of guests
• Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating guest needs and exceeding their expectations
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

• Minimum one year experience in a guest services roler required, bonus if you have night audit experience specifically
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficient in using phone systems and demonstrating proper phone etiquette
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
• Detailoriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
• Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
