    Job Description

    We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support our team in their daily activities. As a Team Assistant, you will provide administrative support services to Care Coordinators, process new referrals and orders for services, supplies and equipment.

    You will be responsible for processing and assisting in managing confidential patient records, entering updating and maintaining a high volume of patient data in the electronic database. Additionally, you will answer a high volume of telephone inquiries from patients families service providers refer callers as appropriate.


    Required Skills & Qualifications

    • A Grade 12 diploma (minimum)
    • 2+ years' related office experience
    The ideal candidate should have accurate keyboarding/data-entry skills proficient with database software MS Word Excel Windows environment.
    Excellent organizational skills ability work minimal supervision advance multi-tasking skills meet performance service goals.Excellent interpersonal oral written communication strong listening skill required.Flexibility work schedule includes days evenings weekends meet organizational needs fluency English French asset.We require mandatory COVID-19 vaccination policy submit proof status prior start date
