Description
Responsibilities & Duties

Collaborate with the Senior Executive Leader to develop and execute marketing content and communications, including:

  • Creating relevant social media content and managing the social media calendar that aligns to the marketing strategy and cadence
  • Maintain and protect the brand integrity through all content and messages created for future marketing contents
  • Support the creation and maintenance of sales presentation templates for client events, announcements, and major holidays.
  • Updating the company website as required.
  • Create Production Showcases from completed events
  • Drafting and distributing company newsletters using provided content.
  • Responding to client reviews promptly using provided response templates.
  • Identifying and summarizing quarterly reviews for review contests.
  • Pulling Social Metrics Report, analyzing KPIs, and providing recommendations for brand awareness and lead generation.

Manage internal and external marketing requests effectively, including:

  • Handling client sponsorship inquiries and requests.
  • Coordinating internal and external print/digital collateral.
  • Managing client gifts and special projects.
  • Utilizing a project management app to handle marketing requests.
  • Maintain best practices in communicating new requests, tracking execution, and ensuring completion.
Maintain Marketing Collateral Inventory (Print - Digital - Physical), including:

  • Managing inventory of print, digital, and physical collateral.
  • Creating or sourcing required collateral.
  • Updating SharePoint site with relevant documents and resources.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Previous experience as a marketing coordinator or in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency in CANVA.
  • Basic skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CAD
  • Experience with WordPress.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools such as Zoho and Eventbrite.
  • Familiarity with marketing management tools such as AgoraPulse
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Passion for the Live Events Industry.
  • Selfmotivated with a desire for personal and professional growth.
  • Ability to collaborate and manage 3rd party marketing partners on special projects.
  • Creative thinker, initiator, and actionoriented in delivering commitments.
